Order Integration

Order integration between BigMachines (Oracle CPQ) and our SAP system is currently not working. Any orders that you submit will be delayed until this connection is restored. There is a high priority on getting this issue resolved as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience

The issue with order integration has be resolved. Orders will process normally now.

Firefox bug - Secure Connection Failed

We have been reported that users experiencing "Secure Connection Failed" message when performing various actions on web (incl. eSales) using Firefox browser.

This is decleared as a bug by Firefox and introduced on version 46x. The bug info can be tracked on this page: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1269055

Our suggestion to users who have this issue is to either use a different browser, or downgrade your Firefox.

You can also check our posted announcement for the certified/compatible browsers on the portal.

It appears the reported bug will be fixed on upcomming Firefox version 47. Firefox will release version 47 when they feel it is stable enough for release, and at that time you could upgrade your Firefox without issue.

Pump:
Waukesha Cherry-Burrell Brand – Model 060 Universal 2 Series

Industry:
Dirty water with 5% solids. Solids typically found in the water were organic and compressible (no rocks or metals).

Problem:
The customer needed to meter the dirty waste water. During the process, the originally installed progressive cavity (PC) pumps would often run dry, causing the stator and rotor to fail.
