I am pleased to inform you that we have introduced a new end market brochure for Personal Care and Home Care Products. The brochure is aimed at our customers that produce high viscosity cleaning products such as P&G, Unilever, SC Johnson, Johnson & Johnson, Colgate Palmolive etc.

Officially, we support the following browsers. Please make sure your PC is running one of these versions to ensure that everything works correctly. This portal will warn you if you are not running one of these versions.

* FireFox and Chrome are special cases since they are being updated frequently. We will make every effort to test the new versions and make them "official" as soon as possible.

Portal Server Error (FastCGI)

Over the past few weeks there has been an issue with the portal returning a FastCGI Error. For reasons yet to be determined, it seems to pop up sporadically through out the day ( 5am - 6pm EST ) and then completely takes down the portal in the evening and early morning. I am trying to find the root cause to this issue and fix it.

Early this morning (1/22/2013 4am EST) I made a change to the server that should alleviate the error, but, it is not a permanent fix and you may still see it sporadically through the day.

I apologize for any inconvenience that this is causing and want to assure you that I am actively looking for a resolution.
